• When making a reservation, 30% of the total price is paid, the remaining 70% is paid upon arrival at the facility.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

The Elenas Apartments is located right on the first parallel street from the beach in Sarti, 150 m from the center of Sarti, 135 km from Thessaloniki (airport), at the end of the second leg of Chalkidiki, Sithonia. The complex is a new tourism business since 2012 and based in hospitality and experience Sarti-Theodora which constitutes the basis of the business.

Within walking distance (250m), in the main hotel company Theodora, operates the Theodora Beach Bar, where you can enjoy refreshments, coffee, overlooking the breathtaking views of the bay. In addition, a number of sun loungers and umbrellas await you to relax in the enchanting beach of Sarti.

Accommodation

Elena’s Apartment offers 8 two-room family apartments with contemporary furnishings for every comfort and fully equipped. Classic and deluxe family apartments are ideal for family hospitality. They can accept up to four people, two adult couples or a family with two children.

They include bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, refrigerator, terrace, air conditioning, internet and satellite TV.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen & towels i done every 3 days.
