Description

Elena Luxury Living is an accommodation set 450 meters from Panteleimonas Beach and 650 meters from Skotina Beach in the Macedonia region. It offers accommodation for 4 people, a garden, and a free private parking.

Accommodation

The facility consists of 2 types of units - 4 standard apartments & 2 luxury houses.

The apartments have with same organization and equipment. Each can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. They have one bedroom with two double beds each (dimensions 120x200cm). There is a kitchen with a dining area in a separate room. The kitchen contains a mini stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, an electric kettle, a Nespresso machine, and dishes.

All units have a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, and a terrace with a table and chairs.

Luxury houses each have one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a kettle, and a small dining table.

The apartments and houses are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and Smart TVs. An iron and ironing board are available, and a shared washing machine is also at guests' disposal. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

The complex includes a spacious yard with a children's playground, barbecue, and free private parking.

Apartmani su izuzetno čisti i opremljeni svime što vam je potrebno, posteljina i peškiri se menjaju svakog 3.dana. Smeštaj se nalazi u mirnom kraju na par minuta pešice do plaže. U dvorištu ima zelenila i hlada,deo za igranje za decu i parking. Mi smo bili sada u julu i utisci su sjajni.

Smeštaj je vrlo blizu plaže, na oko 5 minuta hoda,i to uglavnom kroz šumicu i hlad. Sam smeštaj je odlično opremljen,imate sve što vam treba za normalno funkcionisanje, i sve je kao na slikama,samo malo manje

Bili smo gosti u jednom od ovih apartmana u julu 2022. Apartman je apsolutno isti kao i na slikama. Kroz razgovor sa gospođom Elenom sam saznala da su apartman počeli da izdaju ove godine tako da je sve novo i izuzetno čisto, kompletno je opremljen, funkcionalan i uređen sa stilom. Posteljina se menja na 4 dana. Dvorište je besprekorno, sa puno zelenila i odlično mesto za odmor kada ne želite da budete na plaži. U njemu ima dodatnih ležaljki, stolica sa stolovima i ljuljaški. Uveče je naročito primamljivo, osvetljeno malim fenjerima i svećama i vrlo je tiho. Gospođa Elena je vrlo prijatna i predusretljiva a ipak nenametljiva. Kad nam je pregorela LED traka na ogledalu u kupatilu i to smo prijavili, gospođa Elena je kontaktirala majstora koji je došao u roku od 10 minuta i rešio problem. Iskreno, nismo očekivali da će doći tako brzo i zato sve pohvale za brzu reakciju. :thumbsup: Samo mesto Skotina je mirno, bez ikakvih dešavanja i dobar je izbor pre svega za porodice sa decom. U taverni Platanas, nedaleko od ovog smeštaja, svakog petka imaju živu grčku muziku. Uz odličnu hranu i uslugu, pravo je zadovoljstvo doživeti tu atmosferu i veseliti se zajedno sa Grcima. U blizini Skotine postoji par mesta zanimljivih za obilazak kao što su stari Pantalejmon, Litohoro, Platamon, Katerini. Sve u svemu, čista desetka za smeštaj i preporuka za one kojima je odmor i relaksacija na prvom mestu.
