• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Description
In green Nea Heraklitsa, just sixty (60) m from the beach and ten (10) km from Kavala, one can find the Elena Apartments Nea Iraklitsa.
Nea Heraklitsa has both the tranquillity of a village and the glow of a bustling tourist resort.
"Elena" is in this idyllic place. Features of accommodation "Elena" are the cleaning and the caring of the premises as the hotel is a family business since 1992.
Just a few meters from the sea, the visitors can relax and calm enjoying the beauty of nature. An essential destination is the beach of Dunes, just seven (7) km away from the area.
Apart from the above, visitors can tour in the beautiful village as the hotel is 500 meters from the village square.
Furthermore, in just 100 meters, there is a super market from where visitors can buy anything they want and also in the centre of the village there is a pharmacy in case of an emergency.
Accommodation
Elena Apartments Nea Iraklitsa consists of: 4 studios, 1 one bedroom apartment and 6 duplex apartments (one of them is not rental and owner lives in it).Studios (No.8 and No.9) are located on the ground floor and have a street view. Both studios are about 22m2, have separated terraces, kitchenette with small oven, cooking rings, small fridge, bathroom separated by slide doors with a shower cabin. Studio No. 8 has a double bed and a chair bed, while the Studio No.9 has two single beds. Studio No.10 is about 20m2 and located on the ground floor. Has a double bed and a chair bed, is more modern and looks ate the street.
Apartment No.7 is about 38m2 and it is located on the ground floor. Includes 3 single beds, a chair bed, kitchen with big stove with oven, bathroom with a bath shower with curtain.
Duplex apartment No.1 is where the owner lives and is located on the 1st floor.
Duplex apartments No.2 and No.3 are located on the 1st floor also. Duplex apartments No.4. No.5 and No.6 are located on the 2nd floor. Duplex apartments are about 50m2, three of them include a bedroom with a double sofa with standard double mattress and a single bed and the other bedroom with two single beds while the two others include a bedroom with a double sofa without mattress and a single bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. There is a possibility of adding a chair bed in each of these apartments (but there are two chair beds in total). Kitchen in duplex apartments is separated and has a big stove with oven and large fridge, while the bathroom is with a bath shower with curtain. All terraces are separated.
