• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Elegant 2 Maisonette is part of a maisonette complex on the Kassandra peninsula. It is located 850 meters from Glarokavos Beach and 5 kilometers from the center of Pefkohori. The maisonette offers accommodation for up to 12 guests and features a garden and private parking.
Accommodation
The maisonette is spread over three levels connected by stairs.First level (basement):
This level is divided by stairs into two sections. The first section includes a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The second section features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa suitable for one adult and one child, as well as a living room with a dining area.
Second level (raised ground floor):
Includes a living room and a kitchen.
Third level (first floor):
Consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle.
The maisonette is equipped with two air-conditioning units, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. A free baby cot can be provided upon request. Cleaning service is not available during the stay; however, spare sets of bed linen and towels are available, which guests can change themselves as needed.
Guests can enjoy a spacious terrace with views of the garden and a distant sea view, a porch, and a yard with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
Two private parking spaces are provided, while additional vehicles can be parked on the nearby street.
