• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Elegant 1 Maisonette is part of a maisonette complex located on the Kassandra peninsula, 800 meters from Glarokavos Beach and 5 kilometers from the center of Pefkohori. The maisonette accommodates up to 12 guests and features a yard and private parking.
Accommodation
The maisonette is spread over three levels connected by stairs.First level (basement):
Includes a living area with a single sofa and a fold-out armchair, as well as two bedrooms – one with a double bed, and the other with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
Second level (raised ground floor):
Features a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom.
Third level (first floor):
Consists of a bedroom with a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.
The maisonette is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer. Cleaning service during the stay is not available; however, spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests can change themselves as needed.
Guests have access to a spacious furnished terrace overlooking the garden and offering a distant sea view, a yard, and a barbecue. Please note that the swimming pool is not in use.
A private parking space is provided, and pets are welcome.
