• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Description

In the beautiful and picturesque location of Agios Ioannis in Lefkada, just 600 meters from the beach, you will find the green complex ELAIA Apartments and Studios.

Located in the arms of the beautiful Lefkada olive grove, the ELAIA complex - painted in the color of olive leaves - is located in the middle of a large, green estate of four (4) acres, paved from end to end with grass and colorful flowers and lush with centuries-old (from 1510 AD) olives. The combination of simplicity, cleanliness, and functionality make the apartments elegant, but also the whole complex a place of peace, the shelter of peace, tranquility, and an unforgettable vacation. Our accommodation is located at a distance of six hundred meters (600 m.) From the famous and beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis (the beach of the city of Lefkada) and just 1 km. from the city of Lefkada.

A mini market can be found at 100 meters, while the central bus station is at 2 km. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out the Archaeological Museum at 900 m and Agia Kiriaki Church at 1.5 km. Free WiFi and free private parking are provided.
