The prices from tables are raised by 30% for stays during the following periods:
• 09.04-14.04;
• 01.05-03.05;
• 30.05-01.06.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

El Villa 1 is located in Horto about 46 km south of Volos and 3 km from Milina. Our Villa is located 150 m away from the beach. Nearby you will find shops, taverns and restaurants.

In a large property of 1800 sqm you will find a well-kept garden surrounded by many trees and plants, a swimming pool (4 X 6 m and depth 1.20 to 1.50 m) and a barbecue area.

Accommodation.

The accommodation consists of villa which contains two apartments.

Each apartment has two bedrooms (one room with double bed and one with two single beds), spacious living room with sofa and a bed for a 5th Person, dining table and a well equipped kitchen.

• The apartment on the floor has a fireplace and a balcony with garden furniture. It is 74 square meters large (+ 4,5 sqm balcony).
• The apartment on the ground floor has a veranda with garden furniture, it is 70 square meters large (+ own balcony 6 sqm).

Flat TV and air conditioning are available.
