• Deposit in case of damage to things in the villa is 150 EUR.
• Minimum stay:
- The minimum stay is 3 nights in the period from 1/5 to 30/5
- The minimum stay is 4 nights in the period from 31/5 to 14/6
- The minimum stay is 5 nights in the period from 15/6 to 27/6 and from 8/9 to 28/9.
- The minimum stay is 7 nights in the period from 28/6 to 7/9.
• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (10€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Ekatis Houses is placed in the pine tree forest of Sani, in the Kassandra. The houses are only 400m from the beach.

The sleek and modern design combines 3 stunning guest homes with state-of-the-art technology and luxurious bathrooms. Each house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The houses have a living room, with a dining area and an equipped kitchen. The garden is surrounded by greenery and pine trees where you can enjoy the fresh air and view. Each house has TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking. It can accommodate 6 persons.
