• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is from 14:00 to 00:00, and check-out is until 11:00. It is necessary to inform the owners in advance what time the guest will arrive.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Efthalia Sklaveniti Villa is located 60m from the beach, in Nidri, on the beautiful island of Lefkada. Near from the accommodation there are restaurants, cafes, sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, and 30 meters from the rooms is the main road.

There are supermarkets, bakeries, banks and post office, 400 meters from the rooms there is the harbor where guests can find cafes, restaurants, bars and boats that make daily cruises.

The rooms on the 1st floor are 4 studios (3 double and 1 triple), equipped with air conditioning, internet, TV, kitchen and bathroom.

On the 2nd floor there are 2 apartments: The five-bed apartment offers 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs, internet, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a large fridge. The four-bed apartment provides 2 air conditioners, internet, 1 TV, kitchen and a large fridge. The parking is provided.

The rooms are cleaned every morning, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Bili 2018 u avgustu sa porodicom i nikad vise ni blizu tog apartmana. Docek je bio vise nego srdacan,sto nam je prijalo posle napornog puta. Ali kad smo usli u apartman,prvo sto mi je zapalo za oko su senzori na svim vratima i prozorima. Cak je senzor postavljen i na vrata koja dele apartman na dve prostorije. I pored svega toga nisam ni pomislio da ce biti nekih problema. Medjutim vec prvu noc oko 2 ujutru me probudi vrucina. Onako bunovan potrazim daljinski od klime,ali klima ne reaguje.Posle par pokusaja,vec budan, shvatim da nema struje u apartmanu.Izadjem na terasu,svugde ima svetla samo u nasem apartmanu nema. Pomislio sam naravno na osigurac,ali nisam mogao da nadjem kutiju,pa sam resio da sacekam jutro. Ujutro hladan tus,domacin je odmah poceo sasvadjom kako mu se stvaraju ogromne ledenice na spoljnim jedinicama klima uredjaja i kako smo mi neodgovorni sto drzimo upaljenu klimu tako dugo.Pokusali smo da objasnimo,da je apartman izdao sa klimom i da imamo pravo da je koristimo dok smo u apartmanu,ali to nije imalo nikakvog efekta.Oni su se drzali svoje price. Ista stvar se desila i naredne noci,tako smo potrazili drugi smestaj sto uopste nije bilo lako u avgustu. !!!!!SVE U SVEMU ZA IZBEGAVANJE!!!!!
