Efi House Siviri is located 200 meters from the beach in Siviri. The maximum accommodation capacity of this apartment is 5 guests.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and air conditioning, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large refrigerator, oven, stove, and electric kettle.

The bathroom is standardly equipped and features a shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, and a washing machine.

The terrace, offering a sea view, is furnished with outdoor furniture suitable for outdoor dining.

Guests have access to free public parking located 30 meters from the accommodation. The entire apartment is covered by free Wi-Fi internet. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
