Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

If you are looking for a holiday in a small paradise, you have come to the right place - Edem Studios & Apartments! Edem, the Greek for Garden of Eden, is just that. Situated in a quiet area and just a short walk from Golden Beach, a Blue Flag beach and one of the best on Thassos Island.

Accommodation

All of our apartments and studios are ready to accommodate you for the summer of 2015. We can offer you a choice of apartments and studios which can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. All have shady, furnished balconies with views over our colourful gardens.

One of the best things about Edem is that you are not confined to your room but have the advantage of our large, private and secure grounds. The communal barbeque area is a super place for our guests to get together and make new friends.

Studios
Our studios are spacious and benefit from a double bed and bunk beds which are suitable for both children and adults, a large wardrobe and dressing table complete the furnishings. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the furnished balcony gives you a peaceful place to enjoy your meals with views over our gardens and the impressive Ipsarion mountain range. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wc and sink.

Apartment
These apartments have two spacious rooms, the first room has the kitchenette, wardrobe, dressing table and a double bed. The second room also has a double bed, wardrobes and dressing table and from here you will find the separate bathroom with shower, wc and hand basin. Both rooms have patio doors onto the furnished balcony.

Apartment Semi Based
These apartments also have two rooms, the only difference from the Type 1 apartments is that instead of a double bed, the second room has bunk beds and a single bed. They too have a kitchenettes and a separate bathroom.
