• Linens and towels are provided. For stays of 10 nights or more, linens and towels will be changed after 5 nights. The towels provided are to be used only in the apartment. Be sure to bring your own towels for the pool or the beach.
• To reserve the apartment, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
• For inquiries and reservations, please submit your booking request form through GrčkaInfo and the property owner will contact you shortly with availability, the total price and further instructions.

• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, minus a 50.00€ administrative fee.

Description

Edem Haven Luxury Apartment is located in Skala Fourkas, Kassandra, Chalkidiki. Fully renovated in 2024, it offers a luxurious stay in one of the most sought-after destinations in Kassandra, one of the three peninsulas of Chalkidiki that stretch into the Aegean Sea.

The apartment is just 180 meters from the beach, within walking distance. The heart of Skala Fourkas, offering a variety of dining and entertainment options, is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. A large supermarket is only a 2-minute drive and a mini market is located just 500 meters from the apartment.

Accommodation

It features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, cutlery and appliances, a dining table, and a sofa-bed with an additional pull-out bed underneath, allowing accommodation for 2 more guests if needed. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with 2 single (twin) beds - accommodating up to 6 people in total.

What makes the apartment unique is the presence of 2 full bathrooms, offering greater convenience for guests. Each room in the apartment, as well as the living room, is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV and there is high-speed WiFi internet access throughout the apartment. There are balconies on both sides, allowing fresh air to flow through at all times, and 2 air conditioning units ensure comfort. Guests can enjoy the balconies on both sides at their leisure.

The apartment is part of the Edem Paradise Apartments complex, which offers several shared facilities, including a pool, barbecue area with outdoor dining, and lounge areas by the pool, as well as ample parking.

Please note that for reservations before June 15, shared facilities, including the pool, may not be available. The owner will inform you about this in advance.

• Baby cot and high chair (on request)
• Linens and towels provided (for stays of 10 nights or more, they are changed every 5 nights)
• Two balconies; one overlooking the pool and the lush green forest behind it and the other offering views as far as the seaside of Fourka
