• Minimum stay - 5 nights in June & September; 7 nights in July & August.
• Mandatory cleaning fee - 100 EUR.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the total amount is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier department, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

DreamView Luxury Villa is part of a luxury complex located 1km from Elani beach, and 3.5km from the center of Siviri, on the Kassandra peninsula. The villa can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children, and offers a spacious garden with a private pool and parking.

Accommodation

The villa spreads over two levels. The ground floor consists of a living room with a dining area and kitchen, and one bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a kettle.

There are three more bedrooms on the first floor - one with a double bed, the second with a double sofa bed, and the third designed as a children's room with bunk beds. There is also another private bathroom and an additional toilet.

The spacious terrace on the first floor offers a beautiful view of the sea.

The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. The accommodation is not cleaned during the stay.

In front of the villa guests have access to a private swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, a barbecue, and an outdoor area for sitting and dining. Pets are welcome. A private parking space is also provided.
