Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Dream House Villa is located in the Alyki area on the island of Thassos. Alyki beach is 1 kilometer away, and the nearest supermarket is 800 meters away. This ground-floor house can accommodate six people and offers a spacious yard with a barbecue and parking.

Accommodation

The house is very tasteful and elegantly decorated. It features two bedrooms - one with a double and the other with a double and a single bed. The living room includes a fireplace and a sofa for one person. The kitchen contains a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a dining table. There is a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The unit is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, satellite television, and a safe box. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every four days.

In front is a porch with seating and a view of the garden. A yard with outdoor seating and dining area, barbecue, and private parking are at guests's disposal.
