Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure,100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Diva Lodge Maisonettes is a recently renovated apartment in Sykia, on the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, 4.3 km from the nearest beach and 650 m from the center of Sykia. The maisonettes provide guests with a terrace, mountain views, garden views, free Wi-Fi, and free private parking. Guests can use the barbecue and garden, weather permitting.

The facility offers accommodation for 2 to 5 people.

Diva Lodge Maisonettes has 4 accommodation units.

Three maisonettes on the first level ( the ground floor) have a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a double bed and a sofa for one person, while on the second level ( the first floor) is a bedroom with a sofa for one person. There is the possibility to add an extra bed in the bedroom in one of these three maisonettes, so two adults and three children can stay in the unit.

Maisonette for two adults has a studio structure and a double bed on the first level.
