• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Dionysus Apartments is a complex on a private land with olive trees and a vineyard, surrounded by a pine forest, 3.5 km from the center of Ierissos, on the Athos peninsula. It is 400m away from the nearest unorganized beach and 4km from the organized one.

It offers accommodation for up to 6 people, a beautiful garden, and a view of the sea, mountains, and forests. The garden features a children's playground and a shared barbecue. The apartments were built in 2009 to a high standard using stone and wood and fit into the coastal ambiance.

Accommodation

The complex consists of thirteen accommodation units. On the ground floor are two apartments for 4+1, two duplex apartments for 4+2, and one studio for four people, while the first floor features eight triple studios.

Triple studios have a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. The kitchen includes a two-burner stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a toaster. These studios offer spacious terraces with partial sea and garden views.

The four-bed studio includes a sleeping area with a double bed partially separated by a half-wall, two sofa beds in the living area, a kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

Two apartments for up to 4+1 each contain one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a dining room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

Two duplex apartments are also available. One bedroom contains a double and the other two bunk beds. The living room contains a corner sofa bed. These apartments also have a kitchen with a dining area a highchair for children, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

All ground-floor unit kitchens include a standard stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave. These units also have patios with tables, chairs, and garden views.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request, and an extra bed can be added to all units (except two triple studios) free of charge. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days. A free laundry service is available.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious, beautifully landscaped garden with lots of greenery and natural shade, a children's playground, a shower, a brick barbecue, and outdoor areas for sitting and dining. Free private parking is provided, and pets are welcome.

Leta 2025. sam sa sinom,suprugom i Juki, japanskom akitom našom ljubimicom proveo 2 nedelje u izuzetno lepo sređenom Dionisusu. Gazda Dimitris je bio uslužan, takođe i stari gazda Kostas, koji mi je za te dve nedelje dao 2 flaše njegovog domaćeg vina (dooobro vino). Plaža Kakudia je na 300 metara, kolima par minuta, deset peške. Brda, šuma, peščane plaže... Divan odmor, a vratićemo se opet✅. Topla preporuka✅✅.
