Cancelation policy

• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Dinas House Tousla is located in Nea Kalikratia on the Halkidiki peninsula, just 300 meters from Tousla Beach. Thanks to its excellent location, guests can easily reach the sea within a short walk.

Accommodation

This is a modernly furnished apartment that can accommodate up to four persons. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen and two separate bedrooms. In each bedroom there is a bed that can be extended from a single to a double bed, while the sofa in the living room can also be unfolded and used for sleeping.

The kitchen is equipped with basic elements needed for preparing meals, including a stove with four burners, an oven, and a refrigerator. The bathroom features a washing machine and a bathtub. The apartment is air-conditioned, and guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, and other amenities necessary for a comfortable family stay. Guests can also enjoy a terrace with outdoor seating furniture, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

Parking is available in front of the building, and each apartment has its own private parking space.
