Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Dimitris House is located 100m from the famous Spathies beach, in Nikiti, on the Sithonia. It is surrounded by a beautifull nature and fenced garden with lush green.

Accommodation

Dimitris House consists of one studio and three apartments. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It can accommodate two adults and one child. An apartment and a duplex apartment can accommodate up to 4-5 persons. The apartment has one bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen, while the duplex apartment has two bedrooms.

For the 2024 season, there is also a third apartment available, located on the ground floor. It has a separate bedroom with a double and a single bed, while a sofa bed is in the room with the kitchen. It can accommodate 4 people. The apartment features a separate entrance and a spacious terrace with a table and chairs. It is also equipped with a washing machine.

All units include: WiFi internet, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Baby cot can be provided on request.
