Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Dimitris Apartments & Bungalows is located 150 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the center. 

Within walking distance you will find supermarket, bakery, rwstaurants, cafes and a bar.

The location is ideal for those wanting to visit the area of the Municipality of Volvi and situated only 1.5 km from Nea Vrasna, 1km from Stavros, 2km from Asprovalta. Macedonia International Airport is 80km away and the airport of Kavala 90km.
