Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Dimitrious Studios & Apartments is a newly built facility that is modernly equipped and is located on Thassos, about 200 meters from the beach. It has studios for up to 3 people, as well as apartments for 3-4 people.

Accommodation

Studios (28m2-30m2) are on the upper ground floor or on the first floor and are suitable for up to 3 people. They have one double bed and a sofa bed. They have a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, table and chairs. The studios have a private bathroom with a shower.

The apartments (46m2) are on the upper ground floor and are suitable for up to 4 people. They have one separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and a folding armchair for one person. The apartments have an equipped kitchen with an oven and a refrigerator.

All units have access to the terrace, and also have a safe, hair dryer, TV and air conditioning. A baby cot is available on request. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days.

Dimitrios Studios & Apartments has a landscaped courtyard with deckchairs and outdoor furniture, where guests can stay during the day, but also in the evening, with modern lighting. The space is also suitable for children.

The accommodation does not have private parking.
