Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Dimitrious Resort is a newly built complex with 2 modernly equipped studios and 2 maisonettes. It is located about 150 meters from the beach.

Accomodation

Studios (28m2) are located on the ground floor and are equipped with French beds and sofa beds, which can accommodate two people. They have private bathrooms and kitchenettes with dishes and cutlery. A coffee machine is also available to guests.

Two maisonettes (48m2) are located on the ground floor of the Dimitrious Resort unit. They have a private bathroom, a small yard and their own pool, which is available for guests to use. On the ground floor of the maisonette there are sofas for up to two people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette, equipped with dishes, cutlery and a coffee machine. Upstairs are double beds and additional bathrooms. Maisonettes have terraces, both on the first floor and on the ground floor. There is outdoor furniture on them.

The remaining two maisonettes (42m2) are located on the first floor. They have a private bathroom, a small yard and their own pool, which is available for guests to use. On the ground floor of the maisonette there are sofas for up to two people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette, equipped with dishes, cutlery and a coffee machine. Upstairs are double beds and additional bathrooms. These maisonettes do not have a private pool. They have two terraces, one can be accessed from the living room, and the other can be accessed from the first level of the maisonette.

All accommodation units have a kitchenette (frying is not allowed), bathroom, air conditioning and TV, as well as a coffee maker. A baby cot is available on request. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days.

In the back part of the yard there is a common area with tables and benches available to all guests.

The unit does not have private parking (you can leave your vehicle next to or in front of the building).
