• Deposit of 10% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The family-run Dimitra's Apartments is located Olympiaki Akti of Pieria, just 150 m from the long, sandy beach, in the area of Pieria, and we are confident that you will be offered the opportunity to enjoy the comfort provided by our apartments. Next to Dimitra’s Apartments there is a supermarket and a bakery across the street, there is access to private parking right across the street, and 50 meters away there is a public football field, a tennis court and a playground.

Accommodation

Two-bedroom apartments are fully furnished and about 48 square meters each. Each apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is also a large living room that provides an extra single bed, a couch and a kitchen. All bathrooms were fully revamped in 2012. The apartments have large balconys. They are also equipped with air condition and a TV set. Additionally, we provide free internet access.

One-bedroom apartment is located in the third floor of the building (penthouse). It has one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom, a separate living room with a double bed, a couch and a kitchen in the same area, and of course a bathroom. It also has air-condition, TV set and free internet access.

Studio apartments (2 studios) are also located on the third floor of the building (penthouse). Only accessible by stairs, they have one double bed and one single bed (but one of them has a couch instead), a kitchen in the same area, and of course a bathroom. They also have air-condition, TV set and free internet access.

The kitchens have everything necessary in order to prepare and have a meal (saucepan, frying pan, plates, glasses, cutlery etc).
