Description
The newly built complex Dimitra Apartments is located at the center of Mola Kaliva at the southwestern tip of the Kassandra peninsula in Chalkidiki, Greece. Mola Kaliva is about 100km south of "Makedonia" Airport in Thessaloniki.
The complex is located 60m from the beach and 50m from the mountain.
Accommodation
The development offers the following accommodations:
• One apartment on the 2nd floor of the building with a ceramic tile roof, approximately 45 square meters, with two rooms, fully functioning kitchen, full bathroom and a large veranda with a view of the sea. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
• A two-story maisonette approximately 75 square meters (the floors are connected with an indoor staircase). On the first floor there is a fully functioning kitchen, spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, bathroom/wc, and one bedroom with full size bed and a balcony with a mountain view. The second floor has ceramic tile roof and wood- paneled ceilings, a bedroom with three single beds, access to a large balcony with a seaside view, and an attic bedroom with a full size bed and a window with a view of the mountain. The maisonette can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for two families or a large group of friends.
• A two-story maisonette approximately 70 square meters (the floors are connected with an indoor staircase). On the first floor there is a fully functioning kitchen, spacious living room with two sofa beds, wc, and a large balcony. The second floor has ceramic tile roof and wood- paneled ceilings, a bedroom with two twin beds, a large balcony with bamboo furniture and a view of the sea, an attic bedroom with a full size bed, full bath, and a large window with a mountain view. The maisonette can accommodate up to 6 guests and is ideal for two families or a large group of friends.

• Fully equipped kitchen (Large fridge, utensils, coffee maker, toaster)

• The distance from the beach is about 60 meters

Upravo smo se vratili nakon provedenih 10 prekrasnih dana u Dimitri. Iskreno ga preporucujem svakoj porodici koja zeli miran i opusten odmor. Apartmani su predivni, uredzeni sa puno ukusa, udobni i cisti, opremljeni sa bas svime sto vam je potrebno. Najvece pohvale i za vlasnika Andreasa, koji sa puno truda i ljubavi radi svoj posao.

Upravo se vratili iz Mola Kalive i iz predivnih apartmana Dimitra. Izuzetno prostrani apartmani, opremljeni svim neophodnim stvarima, kreveti udobni. Idealni za miran i opustajuci odmor, a odlicna pozicija za obilazak ostalih mesta na Kasandri. Veliki pozdrav Andreasu, koji svoj posao obavlja sa puno truda i zivaca da ispuni sve zahteve gostiju!

Prošle godine smo 12 dana proveli u apartmanu na spratu, 5 osoba, troje odraslih i dvoje dece. Apartman je divan, udoban, čist i miran. Mesto je prava stvar ako želite da se odmorite i odlična baza za obilazak okolnih mesta i plaža... Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i sve što vas zanima, od toga gde je najbolja klopa, do informacija o skrivenim mestima sa najlepšim zalaskom sunca... divno smo se proveli i odmorili. Terase su prostrane i sa gornje možete da uživate u pogledu na more... preporuka! važna stvar je i da apartmani imaju parking mesto- garažu.
