• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Surrounded by a lush garden only 10 m from the beach of Milina in Pilion, Dimitra offers air-conditioned apartments with balcony overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf. Guests share a swimming pool with the sister property next door.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with cooking facilities, dining area and coffee machine. Each comes with a TV and DVD player. Many feature iron beds and mosquito nets.

The scenic village of Lafkos is a 5-minute drive away and Volos Town is 50 km away. The centre of Milina is 2 km away, while the scenic Alatas island is right opposite the property. Free private parking is available nearby.
