Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 22 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which
in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later or in case of no show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description
Dimi Residence is located 1.2 km from the center and 600 meters from the beach in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki. The complex offers accommodation for 2-6 people with a yard and private parking.
Accommodation
The building consists of studios and apartments distributed in the basement, ground floor, first and second floors of the building with an elevator.
The studios are suitable for two adults and two children. They have a double bed, a single sofa, and an extra bed can be added on request. Each studio includes a kitchenette (small fridge, stovetop, coffee maker) and a private bathroom with a shower.
The apartments can accommodate 2-6 people and have one or two bedrooms - the first with a double bed, and the second with two single beds. Each apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and hair dryers. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen is done every 4 days.
Each unit has a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the yard and the street.
Free private parking is provided for guests.
