Description

Dimi House Tripotamos is located in the small village of Tripotamos, near Neos Marmaras, and is 260 meters from the beach. The international airport in Thessaloniki is 103 kilometers from the property. The maximum capacity of this accommodation is 9 guests (7 adults and 2 children).

Accommodation

The complex features a neatly maintained courtyard and a house consisting of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

The living room includes one sofa bed and a television. An additional extra bed can be added upon request. From the living room, stairs lead to an open, air-conditioned space with two double beds. The living room shares space with a well-equipped kitchen, which includes a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, small oven with stovetop, extractor hood, and electric kettle.

Two bedrooms each feature one double bed and one air conditioner. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Both bathrooms are standardly equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The courtyard includes a children’s playground, and a barbecue is available upon request. The entire complex is covered by free wireless internet. Pets are welcome upon request and possible additional charge. Parking is available on the street around the complex. Guests also have access to a washing machine.
