• For reservations for periods from 02/06 untill 14/06 and from 16/09 untill 26/09 the following discounts are applicable:
• For 10 days of stay or more - the discount of 10% to the total value
• For 15 days of stay or more - the discount of 15% to the total value

Early booking discounts

• This discount is applied to bookings made more than 120 days before the start date of booking.
• The discount is 10% of the accommodation cost.
• Early booking discount is applied after deducting the low seasons discount, if applicable.

Confirmation of booking
• Confirmation of ability for specific dates as received from "Dimi Apartments" reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation.
• The deposit 30% must be received by "Dimi Apartments" no later than the date as specified by the reservations department. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• The confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to "Dimi Apartments" reservations by email.

Refunds
For a cancellation of booking, a refund of the deposit is only given under the following conditions:
• 0% cancelation fee - full refund - When a cancellation of the booking has been made with a minimum of 60 days from the date of check-in the notice being given to "Dimi Apartments" reservations department. (Accepted notices are either by fax or e-mail)
• 100% cancellation fee - A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 60 days from the date of check-in. + No refund to a deposit is refunded.

Dimi Apartments complex is a newly built building on a plot of 2500 sqm fenced suitable for families with children, just 140 m from the beach. There are 4 apartments, situated in Metamorphosis, Sithonia, Halkidiki and they accommodate up to 5 people each.

The apartments have two bedrooms, a big living room kitchen, bathroom, 2 balconies, and air-conditioning. The Apartments can accommodate 2-5 persons.

Dimi apartmani su za čistu 10. Boravili smo 10 dana. Sve je čisto, besprekorno, dvorište ogromno, parking u dvorištu, vlasnik Dimi je preljubazan, dao nam je spisak plaža za obilazak u blizini, pokazao nam svoje specijalno mesto na plaži u Metamorfosisu, poklonio nam je pun tanjir paradajza iz svoje bašte. Posle 5 dana su nam zamenili posteljinu i peškire. U apartmanu ima sve potrebno od posudja. Internet je dobar, klima nam je trebala minimalno preko dana, jer su temperature uveče super. U blizini ima više marketa, a od većih Lidil i 3 grčka kada se krene ka Nikitiju. Mesto je lepo, mirno, vazduh prelep, palaža nije nešto, ali ako ste autom ogromna preporuka za Kastro beach, Kalogriu i Lagomandru.

Apartman za svaku preporuku, cisto, konforno, dobro opremljeno. Vlasnik ljubazan. Veliko dvoriste i obezbedjen parking. Plaza je blizu
