• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Diamond Resort is situated in the quiet suburbs Nea Peramos, in Kavala, and offers ample space for car park and a beautiful garden where guests can relax.

Accommodation

Diamond Resort is a comfortable modern apartment with private garden featuring a dinning area with wooden furniture, BBQ and a Swing.
It accommodates two families with children or a group of 6-7 persons.

The apartment features two bedrooms with two queen size beds, and an extra bed. Thre is one full-size bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower for children.

The spacious sitting room provides comfort on the two leather Italian sofas one of which turns into a full size double bed. A modern, fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar gives moments of joy. Air conditioning, 32 inch flat screen TV, free Wi Fi and the fireplace are standard benefits.
