• Mandatory cleaning service once a month (extra charge).
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Delmare Olive Beach House I is located in Gerakini, on the Halkidiki peninsula, 100 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 4 people, with two terraces and private parking.

Accommodation

The maisonette has two levels. On the ground floor is a living room with a fireplace and a corner sofa, a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, and a dining area.

The attic features a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, and an additional toilet.

Two terraces are available to guests - one with a dining table and the other with a seating area.

The maisonette is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, bed linen, and towels. There is a TV set in both rooms.

The house is cleaned before the arrival of guests, and during their stay they maintain hygiene. Free private parking is also available.
