• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case on an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Situated about 1km west of Limenaria, perched on top of a hill 100 meters from the beach, you will find our newly built (2014) accommodation De Sol Luxury Apartments which offers apartments and sea view studios.

Accommodation

The brand new De Sol Luxury Apartments offers 6 apartments (Thalassa, Kohyli, Elia, Manolia, Toulipa, Mple Triantafilo) and 8 studios (Votsalo, Korali, Asteria, Vythos, Ayra, Floisvos, Anemos, Okeanos). All are air-conditioned with fully equipped kitchenettes, televisions and bathrooms with toilet and shower.

As a bonus for our guests staying in De Sol we offer you free use of our professional gym. The professional gym is situated close to De Sol and offers a full range of fitness facilities, including free weights, machines and aerobic/dance classes.

Outside there is a pool bar where you can start your day with a lovely breakfast with sea views. Guests can relax with a cocktail by the pool. The pool bar is open all day and night. Minimum consumption in the pool and pool bar area is 2 EUR/per person.

Opening to a balcony with Aegean Sea, garden and Limenaria Village views, this air-conditioned apartment of De Sol has a separate bedroom. There is a seating area with flat-screen, satellite TV and a kitchenette with hobs. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
