Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is cancelled at any moment later, the total price is non-refundable.
• In a case of a no-show or an earlier departure, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Description

Dariva Apartment is located in Nea Skioni, on the Kassandra peninsula, 50 meters from the beach. The apartment is part of a residential complex with a beautifully organized yard, and offers accommodation for 7 people.

Accommodation

The apartment is set on the ground floor and has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with a single bed and a sofa bed. The living room features a corner sofa that folds out into a double bed.

The kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, and a kettle. There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and an iron. A baby cot is available free of charge on request. The apartment is not cleaned during the stay, while clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided only for stays longer than 10 days (the replacement is done by the guests themselves).

Guests have access to a terrace with seating and a view of the courtyard and the path leading to the sea.

Private parking is not available, but free parking space can be found on the street around the accommodation.
