Description

Daria Family House Fourka is located on the western coast of the Kassandra Peninsula, in the village of Fourka. The property is 500 meters from the beach and 89.6 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum accommodation capacity is 11 guests (8 adults and 3 children).

Accommodation

The house is divided into three levels (ground floor, first floor, and second floor).

Ground floor:
The ground floor consists of a living room, kitchen, toilet, and terrace. The living room features a television, two double sofa beds, and one smaller sofa suitable for one child. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, and coffee machine. From this area, there is access to a terrace with outdoor furniture suitable for dining. The toilet includes a WC and a washbasin.

First floor:
The first floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double (French) bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. An air-conditioning unit is located in the hallway. The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin, and WC. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace with a sea view.

Second floor:
The second floor includes one additional bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double (French) bed and air conditioning. The bathroom is standardly equipped, the same as the one on the first floor.

In front of the house, there is a private yard, where a barbecue can be provided upon request. Guests are provided with one parking space, while free public parking is available 60 meters from the property. Bed linen and towels are provided. The entire accommodation is covered with free Wi-Fi internet. Guests also have access to a washing machine.

Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
