• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Guests must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to the property.
• Arrival: 15:00h - Departure: 10:00h.
• Pets are not allowed.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 22 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If the cancellation is made 21 days before the date of arrival, the amount paid is not refundable.
• In case of a no-show, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of cancellation during the stay, the amount paid will not be returned.

Description

Crystal House is located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia Peninsula. It was built on a slight rise above Paradisos beach, surrounded by picturesque Greek nature, with a lovely sea view.

The complex is set in a quiet environment 400 meters from Paradisos Beach and 550 meters from the center of Neos Marmaras. It offers accommodation in comfortable and modern units. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and restaurants. All accommodation units can be rented for shorter and longer periods of time.

Accommodation

Crystal House offers three modernly furnished maisonettes (110 m2). Maisonettes are houses on three levels, consisting of apartments and studios that can be rented separately or as a whole unit.

The building is located on a hill, so, seen from the front, the studios are in the basement, and the apartments are on the ground floor. When the house is viewed from the rear, the studios are on the ground floor, and the apartments are on the first floor. The apartments are entered from the front, and the studios' entrance is at the back of the accommodation.

The apartments are on two levels, 72m2 in size, and fully equipped for comfortable accommodation for up to six people or families with children. The lower level features a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. In the living room is an anatomical double sofa bed where two people can sleep comfortably. The upper level offers two separate bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have separate balconies. Each apartment has a private terrace with an outside dining area.

The studios are 38m2 in size and are located on the lower level of the maisonette. Modernly furnished and comfortable, the studios can accommodate up to four or five people. They have fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary kitchen elements. A studio for four people has one double bed and two single beds, while a studio for five people has one double bed, one sofa bed for two people, and one single bed. Each studio has its own terrace with garden furniture.

Spacious and elegant maisonettes are recommended for the stay of a large family or two families who want to vacation together while enjoying their privacy. A maisonette is a three-story house consisting of two separate parts. The lower level features a studio fully equipped for the stay of four or five people. The upper level offers an apartment which can accommodate up to six people. The studio and the apartment are connected by internal marble stairs, which form one unit - the house and have independent entrances, which provide guests with complete privacy. Maisonettes offer a lovely view of the sea and the sunset.
