Description

Cozy Traditional House Thassos is located in the village of Kallirachi on the island of Thassos, about 2.6 km from the beach. The house is situated in a quiet part of the village and represents a stand-alone property intended for guests who want to stay in a private space. Guests have access to the entire house with an area of approximately 104 m², as well as a yard with an outdoor seating area. Free private parking is available nearby, and free Wi-Fi internet is accessible throughout the house.

Accommodation

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a terrace with sea views.

The first bedroom features one extra-large double bed and a wardrobe for storing personal belongings. The second bedroom includes one large double bed and storage space for clothes. The third bedroom is equipped with two double beds, making it suitable for families or larger groups of guests.

The living room includes a sofa, a seating area, and a TV, while the dining area with a table and chairs is located next to it. A desk is also available in the space for guests who may need it during their stay.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped for preparing meals during the stay. The house has two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, toilet, and basic amenities for everyday use. From the living room and some of the rooms there is access to a terrace with sea views, furnished with outdoor seating.

The yard features a garden with a seating area and a barbecue, as well as an outdoor dining space, allowing guests to prepare and enjoy meals outside.

The house is air-conditioned and equipped with ironing facilities and a washing machine. The upper floor can be reached only by stairs.
