Description

Cozy Luxury Apartment is located in a quiet part of Neos Marmaras, about 850 meters from the sea. Spacious and functionally organized, it is intended for guests who want to spend their stay in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for up to four adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small storage room. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other has two separate single beds. A baby cot can be provided upon request and free of charge.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, with an air conditioner in every room. Guests have access to free WiFi internet, a TV, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic cooktop with four burners, a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

The terrace with comfortable outdoor seating is a pleasant place where guests can enjoy breakfast or their morning coffee. In the back part of the property there is another terrace which, due to the terrain configuration, is positioned at the level of the first floor. Both outdoor areas provide a comfortable space for relaxing outside. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During the stay, apartment cleaning as well as bed linen and towel changes are organized every five days. A private parking space is not reserved for guests, but it is usually possible to park on the street near the property.
