Cozy Garden House Kallithea is a ground-floor house located in the famous tourist town of Kallithea, in the central part of the coastline of the Kassandra peninsula, on Chalkidiki. It is characterized by a beautifully arranged garden and a distance of just over 500 meters from Kallithea Beach. Thessaloniki International Airport is about seventy kilometers away from the apartment (a little less than an hour’s drive).

Accommodation

Guests who choose to spend the most beautiful days of the year in this accommodation have at their disposal a two-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, private parking, and a yard that will make you feel the warmth of home even hundreds of kilometers away — a feeling created by such a green corner. The capacity of this accommodation is 4 people.

In the living room, there are two sofas and a Smart TV, and within this spacious area, there is also a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and cookware — including an oven, stove, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, and a dishwasher so you don't waste a moment of your vacation on tasks such as washing dishes.

The bathroom is standardly equipped. It includes a shower cabin, sink, and toilet, and guests will also find a hairdryer and a washing machine.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One contains a large double bed, while the other has two single beds and, for those who choose to stay here during April days in this lovely Greek town, an oil radiator. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment also includes a fan. Free Wi-Fi is available. Pets are welcome with an additional fee (€20). Cleaning service is charged at €70 per stay. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

In the yard, there is a terrace with a table and chairs, making this part of the apartment a wonderful place for dining under the starry sky and in the fresh sea air.
