Cozy Apartment 2 is located on the outskirts of Lefkas, the capital of Lefkada, in a quiet neighbourhood with a total of 4 houses. Right next to it is the main road leading from the town to Nidri, allowing easy access to all parts of the island. Agios Minas Square, located in the city center, is 1.5 km from the accommodation, while the nearest beach is about 3 kilometers away.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and offers a terrace and free private parking.

The apartment is set on the ground floor. It has one bedroom with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, kitchenware, and a dining table. The private bathroom has a showe and a washing machine.
