Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged,

Description

Cortessa Studios is located in Nikiti, on the beautiful peninsula of Sithonia, 100 meters from the beach.

The complex offer spacious garden with playground and an outside shower, in a very quiet and full of flowers, olive and pine trees place. Free private parking is provided. The Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and is free.

Accommodation

The complex has three apartments.

Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, while the other room features two single beds and a kitchen (small electric hob, big fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) and all the things a family need for cooking and eating.

Every apartment has private bathroom and balcony with garden view.

Towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
