Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Christos House is located near Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia, 2km from the city beach in Neos Marmaras.

It was built in 2017 and offer modern units, garden, parking and all facilities for comfotable stay.

Accommodation

Christos House consists of 7 apartments that can accommodate up to 3-5 persons.

Apartment on the ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, living room with kitchen and 3 single beds. Has garden view and is bigger from others apartments.

The other 6 apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and terrace, kitchen space with living room where is a double sofa bed. Extra bed with mattress can be added upon request.

Towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days, depending on the length of the stay.

Proveli smo deset dana u Christos house i odusevljeni smo. U planu nam je da se vratimo i sledec godine. Apartmani se ciste svaki treci dan,opremljeni su savrseno,dvoriste podseca na park,cerki nije bilo dosadno ni jedne minute dok je bila u smestaju,cak je trazila da bude u smestaju umesto na plazi jer je igraliste prelepo. Vlasnici su divni,nenametljivi ljudi. Za svaku pohvalu i za svaku preporuku je!
