• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 5 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled more than 10 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 5 or less days before the date of the arrival, the total price is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Accommodation

At the hotel, all rooms include a balcony with garden view, a small kitchen, a private bathroom, a flat screen TV, bed linen and towels, as well as wardrobe. In every room there is a safety deposit box.

Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every other day, and bed linen every four days,
