Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled at any moment, the prepayment is non-refundable. Guests can use deposit for some other dates, if they inform up until one month before the check in date.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Chriselia Studios is a complex located in Nea Roda, on the Athos peninsula, 220 meters from the beach, near all necessary facilities. It offers accommodation for 2-6 people and a nicely organized garden with a barbecue.

Accommodation

The building consists of four studios and one apartment.

In the front part of the house are two double studios (No. 1 and No. 2). Each has a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchen that includes a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and dishes, as well as a terrace overlooking the street.

In the back of the house are two studios for 4 people each (No. 3 and No. 4). Each includes a double and bunk beds, a private bathroom with shower, a kitchen that includes a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and kitchenware, as well as a terrace overlooking the back yard.

Apartment Chriselia 5 is located on the first floor. It features two bedrooms - one with a double, and the other with two single beds that can be joined together. The room with kitchen and dining room also includes a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen contains a standard stove with an oven, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a toaster, and kitchenware. There is a private bathroom with a shower and a spacious terrace with a view of the courtyard and the street.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days, and the rooms are not cleaned during the stay.

The complex includes a yard with a barbecue that is at guests' disposal. Private parking is not available, but cars can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.

Bili u ovom smeštaju 2019. u studiju br.4 i sada u avgustu 2025. u velikom apartmanu na spratu. Smeštaj se odličan, sve čisto i uredno, zamena posteljine i peškira posle 5. noći, gazde fantastične, ljubazne, sve pohvale. Studio je bio vrlo komforan, a tek apartman je druga dimenzija sa dve spavaće sobe , dnevnom, kuhinjom sa šporetom i ogromnom terasom... Divna Magda (gazdarica) je tu da vam kaže šta da obiđete i o aktuelnim dešavanjima u mestu i okolini. Nama je ovo bio 4. dolazak u Nea Rodu, pa smo sve već znali. Sve u svemu, odlično.

Poštovani vlasnici vile su divni domaćini, jako brižni prema gostima. Dočekala nas je vlasnica sa vodom i teglom meda. Mi smo bili u apartmanu broj 3. Soba je bila izuzetno čista i lepa. Prostrano kupatilo i terasa, kuhinja sa brzim ringlama i velikim frižiderom. Prvi put da na letovanju ne moram ništa da prebrišem, samo da se raspakujem. I prodavnica je odmah pored vile😀 što samo zaokružuje moj komentar. Pozdrav za vlasnike od Kruševljana
