• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure or late check-in, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation.

Description

Chris Apartments is situated in Metamorfosis, on the peninsula of Sithonia, where the endless beaches with white sand and the waves of the Aegean Sea meet the pine trees. In a green environment, you will find furnished apartments with air conditioning, satellite TV, and kitchen with all necessary equipment.

Accommodation

This accommodation offers 2 duplex apartments, 4 double and 4 triple apartments. All of the units are on the third floor and have private terraces.

Double apartments cover an area of 35m² each. Two of them have one double bed in the bedroom and the other two have two single beds. Triple apartments (35m²) have either 3 single beds in the bedroom or 2 single beds and an additional bed. They have small fridges with freezers in the kitchen, mini-oven and stovetop.

Duplex apartments have an area of 45m² and contain 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, a separate kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, coffee machine and bathroom. In both bedrooms, there is a private balcony with a partial sea view in the first and a view of the forest in the second. In the kitchen, there is a large fridge with a freezer, a small oven with a stovetop and a coffee machine.

If needed, a baby cot can be provided at no charge. Towels and bed linen are replaced at the middle of the stay. A parking lot beside the building can be used.

On the ground floor, there is a pizzeria-tavern called Chez Chris where you can taste the delicious cuisine with grilled meats, pasta and pizzas.

Poštovani Dragane, u pitanju je ista zgrada, ali sa dva vlasništva i vode se kao dva objekta: Chris i Mike apartments. Chris Apartments je na trećem spratu, a ostali spratovi pridaju Mike apartmanima. Nadamo se da smo sad bolje razjasnili :relaxed: Na raspolaganju smo vam za dodatne informacije.
