• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Charoula’s Apartments is located about 900 meters from the beach and a few minutes drive from the center of Sivota, in the region of Epirus.

It is located on the hillside and offers panoramic view, quite enviroment and a true retreat from every day traffic and a true possibility for relaxation.

Accommodation

Charoula’s Apartments consists of six accommodation units: one studio, three one-bedroom apartments and two of two-bedroom apartments located on the 1st and 2nd floor.

On the 1st floor there is one two-bedroom apartment and two of one-bedroom apartments.

On the 2nd floor there are: a studio, a two-bedroom apartment and a one-bedroom apartment.

Studio has two single connected beds and one armchair bed for a child up to 14 years.

One-bedroom apartments: two of them have a double bed and can accommodate 2 adults, while the 3rd has a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 adults and 2 children up to 14 years.

Two-bedroom apartments have each two bedrooms (in two units there are double beds while the one has in the 2nd bedroom 2 single beds that can be connected) and living room with a sofa bed for 2 people.
