Description

Cassa Luca is located in Glarokavos, near Pefkohori, about 650 meters from the beach. The maisonette can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers living space arranged on three levels, with two terraces, a garden area, and private parking for two vehicles.

Accommodation

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. Both rooms are furnished with large double beds, have air conditioning, and provide direct access to the terrace. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.

The entrance to the maisonette leads directly to the middle level, where the living room is located. This area features two sofas and access to a spacious terrace. On the same level there is also a loft-style bedroom with a double bed, as well as another bathroom with a shower.

On the lower level there is a separate kitchen, equipped for preparing meals during the stay. The space is arranged to allow convenient everyday use, whether for preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The outdoor area includes a landscaped garden, two terraces, and space for relaxing outdoors. The upper terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and includes a barbecue that guests may use. The lower terrace is also equipped with outdoor furniture and can serve as an additional space for relaxing or enjoying meals.

Within the complex, guests have access to a shared swimming pool, and there is also an outdoor shower in the courtyard.

The maisonette is air-conditioned, with air-conditioning units in all bedrooms as well as in the kitchen and living room area. Towels and bed linen are provided for guests during their stay. Private parking for two vehicles is available within the property.
