Description

Casa Verde By The Sea is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia Peninsula, just 115 meters from the beach. It is a spacious villa on 4 levels that can accommodate 8 people. It offers a yard with a barbecue, a large terrace, and a private parking space.

Accommodation

The first level of the maisonette is located in the basement and contains an entrance hall and a bedroom with two single beds. The second level features a living room with a sofa that folds out into a double bed, a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a stove, and an oven, a toilet, and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the garden.

On the third level are two bedrooms - one with a standard double bed, and the other with a narrow double bed. Wooden stairs lead to the gallery with another narrower double bed, a storage room, and a private bathroom with a shower.

The maisonette does not have an elevator - all levels are connected by stairs. It is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, a hair dryer, and a washing machine.

Guests enter a clean accommodation, and then take care of the hygiene of the space themselves during their stay. Spare sets of bed linen and towels are also provided, which guests can change themselves as needed.

The complex includes a yard, barbecue, and one free private parking space. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the maisonette.
