Description

Casa Mare Villa is located 970 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. It is part of a complex with private parking. It can accommodate up to 8 people and offers a spacious terrace.

Accommodation

The maisonette spreads over two levels connected by stairs. It has four bedrooms - three with double beds and one with two single beds. Living room with a corner sofa and a kitchen with a dining room are located in one open-space room.

The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, and a kettle. There are also two private bathrooms - one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The maisonette is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine. Cleaning is not performed during the stay

Guests have access to a spacious terrace with a covered outdoor dining area.
