Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Casa Di Greco is a brand new house with apartments for rent, built in 2018 and are located near the beach in the popular place of Vourvourou, in Sithonia. The apartments are located on the upper floor of the Casa La Crem bar.

Accommodation

Casa Di Greco has two types of apartments: Superior apartment and deluxe apartments.

Superior apartment spreads on two levels, contains one double king size bed on the upper level, sofa bed and equipped kitchen on the lower level. Also, the apartment has its own bathroom. The apartment is 25 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Deluxe apartments have a total of 3, have an area of 25 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. They include one king-size double bed and one sofa bed, fitted kitchen and private bathroom.

All apartments have TV, free Wi-Fi, sea view, coffee maker, toaster and iron. Change of bed linen and towels is done for two days.
