Casa Despoina Holiday Apartment is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 80 meters from the beach and 2.5 kilometers from Kastri beach. The apartment can accommodate five people and offers a terrace and a small garden.

Accommodation

The apartment has been freshly renovated in 2022.It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a workspace, and a large closet. The living room features a sofa bed for two people and a single bed. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a large fridge with a  freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

The unit is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

The guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the apartment during the stay. Bed linen and towels are provided. During stays of 14 days or more, clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided once a week. They are not changed during the shorter stays, but a washing machine is available to guests.

The apartment includes a covered terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the garden and the street. A barbecue is available in the garden, and guests can also use a bicycle. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation, and pets are not allowed.
