• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 10:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

We are a family owned business with experience in tourism and hospitality. We started operating in 1976 with Oskars Restaurant and later Oskars Studios & Apartments in Lassi Kefalonia.

Within 200 meters there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and car & motorbike rentals. Avithos, Ammes, Agia Pelagia, Spasmata, Megali Ammos and Eglina beaches are within easy reach by foot or by car, while the nearest well-known fully organized beach of Ai Helis is only 500 meters away.

Accommodation

Built and completed at Svoronata Kefalonia in 2019, Casa De Rosa consists of 10 superior studios, 2 apartments and, 1 one-bedroom mini villa. All spacious, airy and fully equipped. Set amidst a 5 acres olive grove surrounded by peaceful landscape, they feature a pool with a non-chemical eco cleaning system.

Superior studio (40m2) - is an open plan studio, has a double bed and a living room with a sofa that it can convert to bed and can accommodate 3 persons. It also offers a small kitchen with hot plates, fridge, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, safe and free WiFi.
The Superior Studio has a private furnished balcony with views of olive groves, pool, orchards and surrounding mountains.

Apartment (50m2) - is consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room area with 2 sofa-beds, a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a private furnished balcony with views of olive groves, pool, orchards and surrounding mountains. It is equiped with a modern TV, A/C, safe and free WiFi. The Apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons and is ideal for families.

Mini Villa - is consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room area with 1 sofa-bed and an extra sofa-bed if needed, a bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a private furnished terrace with views of olive groves. There is also a shared swimming pool with a non-chemical eco-cleaning system, orchards and surrounding mountains. The Mini Villa can accommodate up to 4 persons and is ideal for families.

The rooms are cleaned daily, while towels & bed linen are changed every 3 days.
