Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

The kitchen includes an induction hob, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, dishes, and a dining area. The private bathroom contains a shower, free toiletries, and towels (replacement is possible upon request with an additional charge).
